An Evaluation of Flight Attendants’ Safety Attitudes

Safety attitude reflects employee beliefs and feelings about safety policies measures. attitudes have a significant influence on behaviour. Flight attendants play vital role in in-flight services. It is known that most fatal accidents involving commercial aircraft are caused by failures communication teamwork among flight attendants. This study aims to find out whether there differentiation between men women airline crew attitudes. In the study, questionnaire which was developed Ford et al. (2014) used. The applied 58 volunteer study. Significant differences two categorical variables were analysed using Mann-Whitney U test one of non-parametric tests. According results analysis, it determined higher than women. research will contribute literature as conducted Turkey
